These terms apply to every order placed at capichemondo.com. By placing an order you agree to them. Please read them before you buy. If you’re a consumer, nothing here takes away the rights Belgian and EU consumer law give you.

2. What we sell
We sell fine-art photographic prints. Every print is printed to order in portrait or landscape as listed on the product page.
We try hard to show the photographs accurately, but screens differ. Colours on paper can vary slightly from what you see on your screen. Product photos are for illustration. A slight difference is not a defect.
3. Prices
– Prices are in euros and include Belgian VAT (21%).
– Shipping costs are shown before you pay, at checkout.
– The price that applies is the one shown when you place your order.
– If a price is clearly wrong because of an obvious error (for example €2,50 instead of €25), we’ll contact you before shipping. You can then confirm the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
4. Ordering
1. You choose a print, size and add it to your cart.
2. At checkout you enter your details and choose shipping and payment.
3. When you click **Place order**, you’re making an order with an obligation to pay.
4. We email you an order confirmation. The contract starts when you receive that email.
We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a print is no longer available or we suspect fraud. If you’ve already paid, we refund you in full.
5. Payment
We accept card / PayPal / Bancontact / Apple Pay / Google Pay. Payments are processed by Mollie. We never see or store your full card details. Your order goes to print once payment is confirmed.
6. Printing and delivery
– Every order is printed for you. Please allow 2–5 working days to print, plus the carrier’s delivery time.
– We ship to worldwide, within our ability. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
– You’ll receive an email when your order ships, with tracking where available.
– If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of the order date, contact us.
– Risk passes to you once the parcel is delivered to you, or to someone you’ve named.
7. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer in the EU you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Our [Refund & Returns Policy] explains how, including the model withdrawal form and the exceptions for custom orders.
8. Damaged or faulty prints
Every print comes with the two-year legal guarantee of conformity. If your print arrives damaged, misprinted or not as described, contact us. We’ll replace it or refund you. The Refund & Returns Policy covers the steps.
9. Copyright
All photographs are © Capiche Mondo. Buying a print gives you ownership of that physical print. It doesn’t give you any rights to the image itself. You may not copy, scan, reproduce, resell or use the images commercially without our written permission. Sharing a photo of your print on your wall on social media is very welcome.
10. Liability
We’re responsible for delivering the prints you ordered in line with these terms and the law. We’re not liable for indirect damage, for example lost profit, except where the law doesn’t allow us to exclude it (such as intent, gross negligence, or death and personal injury). Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned.
11. Privacy
We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Law and courts
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes go to the courts of Ghent. If you’re a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence, and you can always bring a case in the courts there.
14. Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies is the one published when you placed your order.
