We want you to love your print. If something is wrong, tell us and we’ll sort it out.
1. Changed your mind? 14 days to withdraw
As a consumer in the EU you have 14 days from the day you (or someone you name) receive your print to withdraw from the purchase, without giving a reason.
How to withdraw
1. Let us know within those 14 days by email to hello@capichemondo.com. Include your order number. You can use the model form below, but you don’t have to.
2. Send the print back within 14 days of telling us, to:

3. Pack it well. Pack it the same way it arrived, in its original protective packaging if you still have it. Prints bend and crease easily.
Costs
– You pay the cost of sending the print back.
– We refund the price of the print and the standard shipping cost you originally paid. If you chose a more expensive shipping option, we refund only the standard shipping cost.
Refund
We refund you within 14 days of hearing from you, using the payment method you used for the order. We may wait to refund until we’ve received the print back, or until you’ve shown proof that you’ve sent it, whichever comes first.
Condition
Please handle the print only as much as you need to see it. If it comes back damaged, creased, marked or framed, we may deduct the loss in value from your refund.
2. Custom orders can’t be returned
This exception applies only to prints made to your own specifications: a photograph we don’t normally sell that you asked for, a custom crop, a custom size, or a personalised print. Because these are made to your specifications, the right of withdrawal does not apply to them (Belgian Code of Economic Law, art. VI.53, 3°). We’ll always tell you before you order if a print counts as a custom order.
3. Damaged, faulty or wrong
If your print arrives damaged in transit, misprinted, or isn’t what you ordered, we’ll replace it or refund you in full, at no cost to you.
1. Email hello@capichemondo.com as soon as you can, and within 14 days of delivery so we can claim from the carrier. Include your order number.
2. Add clear photos of the print and of the packaging.
3. We’ll reply within 5 working days with a replacement or a refund.
4. Didn’t arrive?
If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of ordering, contact us. We’ll track it down, reprint it, or refund you in full.
