This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit capichemondo.com or buy from us, why we collect it, and what your rights are. We collect as little as we can.

Capiche CommV is the data controller under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. What we collect, why, and on what basis

We don’t sell your data. We don’t use it for automated decisions about you.

3. Who we share it with

Only with the service providers we need to run the shop. They can use your data only on our instructions:

– Web hosting: Combell
– Shop software: WordPress and WooCommerce, running on our host
– Payments: WooPayments (operated by Automattic, using Stripe) and Mollie, which handle your payment details directly
– Printing: Printify, who receive your name and shipping address to produce and send your print
– Shipping: Printify and the carriers it uses to deliver your order, who receive your name, address and, for tracking, email or phone
– Analytics (only with your consent): Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd.) and Jetpack Stats (Automattic Inc.)
– Pinterest (Pinterest Europe Ltd., Dublin, Ireland): to show our prints on Pinterest and, if we advertise there, to measure our ads. See section 4.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, for example in the United States. Where they do, we rely on an adequacy decision (such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework) or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

We share data with authorities only when the law requires it.

4. Cookies

Cookies are small files stored on your device. We use:

– Strictly necessary cookies
keep your cart, checkout and login working. They don’t need consent.

– Analytics cookies
show us which pages and photographs people look at. They’re used only if you accept them.

– Marketing cookies
measure our ads and let us show relevant ads on other sites. They’re used only if you accept them.

Pinterest
We sync our product catalogue with Pinterest so our prints can appear there as shoppable Pins, and we may advertise on Pinterest. To measure those ads we use the Pinterest tag: a marketing cookie and script that records which pages you view and whether you buy something. It only runs if you accept marketing cookies.

We don’t send your order details to Pinterest from our server (the Pinterest “Conversions API”). If we start doing that, we will update this policy first and only do it with your consent.

5. Your rights

You have the right to:

– access the data we hold about you
– correct inaccurate data
– delete your data, unless we must keep it by law (for example invoices)
– restrict or object to certain processing
– receive your data in a portable format
– withdraw your consent for cookies at any time, without affecting processing before you withdrew

6. Security

The site uses HTTPS. Access to order data is limited to the people who need it. Passwords are stored encrypted.

7. Children

The shop is not aimed at children under 16. We don’t knowingly collect their data.

8. Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we’ll tell you by email or with a notice on the site.
