Capiche? Capeesh? Capisce?
Hi, I’m Bram, a street and travel photographer based in Ghent, Belgium. Capiche Mondo is my collection of travel memories: every photo on this site is my own, taken on trips throughout the world.
The name? ‘Capiche’ is the Italian-American way of asking ‘got it?’, and ‘mondo’ means world.
I’m always out looking for the accidental, spontaneous shot: a black cab passing through an Edinburgh archway at just the right moment, starfish in water so clear you forget it’s there, the light at the end of a concrete corridor on Naoshima. Most of my work is street and travel photography, with some portrait and brand work every now and then.
